Experiential + Event Engagement System

Drive participation.Measure what happens.

Intrface adds interactive experiences, passive zone tracking and connected touchpoints across your event or activation. Then it shows you how attendees moved, paid attention and engaged in real time.

Why Intrface

Attendance doesn’t equal engagement.

Most event reporting stops at who arrived and how many impressions were generated. Intrface helps show what people chose to do, which content and experiences worked, and what value sponsors and showrunners really got out of them.

Impressions are not behavior

Headcounts and foot traffic cannot show which moments held attention or prompted action.

Check-ins are not true participation

A scan captures one instant. An experience should surround it, and create lasting impact on a person.

Recap decks need real proof

Photos and reach alone cannot explain why an activation worked or what a sponsor left with.

What it is

The missing engagement and measurement system in your event stack.

Intrface is a fully managed system that sits on top of your existing setup to add a seamless, physical-to-digital attendee experience. It allows you to capture endless, valuable new data on real attendee behavior without adding operational complexity.

Physical interaction layer

Event stations, wristbands, badges, points of interest, vendors or sponsors, stages or vip areas, merch and swag, and other physical moments.

Participant experience layer

Guide attendees through browser-based profiles, quests, check-ins, rewards, networking, and leaderboards.

Event intelligence layer

Configure the journey, monitor activity, understand behavior, and turn event data into useful reporting.

Managed delivery layer

Intrface handles experience design, campaign setup, hardware preparation, deployment support, and the post-event report.

What is Intrface?

Intrface is a managed experiential engagement and measurement platform for live events. It connects physical touchpoints, browser-based attendee journeys, and event reporting in one deployment.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No traditional app download is required to begin. Attendees can enter the experience in their mobile browser, with the exact journey selected for the event.

Does our team need to operate the platform?

No. Intrface is currently a fully managed service. We design, configure, prepare, support, and report on the deployment with your team.

Can Intrface layer onto an existing event plan?

Yes. The system is designed to connect with an existing production rather than replace ticketing, registration, or the rest of the event stack.

What can an event measure?

Depending on the deployment, reporting can cover participation depth, repeat activity, top moments, movement, drop-off, networking, sponsor interactions, and permissioned follow-up.

How long does a deployment take?

A smaller activation generally needs about four weeks. A large or operationally complex event can require up to eight weeks.

What does a deployment cost?

Typically, small-to-mid size events can cost as low as $10,000, plus hardware and any event-specific production costs. Final cost is determined by the scope of features and size of the event.

What's the minimum event size to use Intrface?

Intrface doesn't have hard-set minimums in place. Some events with a small guest list have a large experiential impact, so please get in touch with us to discuss your event's specifics. We are eager to explore what's possible!

How are data and privacy handled?

Data collection, permissions, retention, and reporting access are scoped for the activation. Intrface and the event team should agree on the required notices and consent paths before launch.
